Utility Bill Information
The City of Lake Oswego Public Works – Operations provides clean water, sewer, stormwater, and street maintenance services. The easiest and fastest way to turn on your utility service and begin to get a monthly bill is through the online Move Order form.
The City currently offers Utility Billing (to pay and/or view billing history online), Renewal of Business Licenses and payment of Municipal Court Citations online. You can make payments without an account or create an online account for payments and viewing your billing and consumption history using our Online Payments service.
It is possible to detect leaks in your home on your own. Most water leaks can be seen or heard, though some can be difficult to detect.
Through E-statements you can have your utility bill emailed to you and avoid receiving a paper bill in the mail.
